Coincidently, just as the Ward 2 Core team was out surveying vacant and nuissance properties along 9th Street (and in Blagden Alley and Naylor Court) on August 1, workmen were seen doing a bit of indoor and outdoor cleanup at two of Shiloh Baptist Church’s properties on 8th Street.
