DCRA announced requests for raze permits for the following properties in Shaw this week.

The owner(s) of 438 & 440 N Street has applied for raze permits in order to replace the existing structures with single family dwellings.

Looks like the owner will have Covenant Construction Inc. preserve the facade of this house at 436 Ridge Street NW, since s/he has requested to raze the rest of the structure.

The owner of 1830 has requested that this property (at right) be razed to make way for a 2-story apartment building, just behind the old Wonder Bread warehouse (below).

The owner of 1100 6th Street have appplied to raze it in order to make space fo rtwo 1 story commercial buildings.
